My Thai Vinegarette

A perfect dipping sauce for pot stickers and salad rolls • Great on cole slaw Yummy drizzled over noodles, thin sliced veggies and grilled chicken • Wonderful mixed up with equal parts peanut butter for making a peanut sauce (thin sauce by adding broth or coconut milk) • Fabulous whipped with mayo for dipping boiled shrimp, steamed veggies and just about anything finger foodable • Wonderful for marinating thin slices of beef or ahi tuna served over a bed of mixed greens and Asian cucumber
